Where is my order?

At Pen & Cob, every item is thoughtfully decorated to order, ensuring that each piece is made just right for you.

This does mean each item can take a little time to process. We aim to complete all orders within 7 working days.

Once your item is crafted, we carefully inspect it for quality and accuracy.

Afterward, your items are gathered, double-checked and packaged for delivery.

Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated via email throughout the entire process.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, unfortunately you cannot change your shipping address after placing your order. We dispatch through Royal Mail therefore you will receive a dispatchment email from them in which you should see an option to make amendments or choose to pick-up your parcel from the post office. 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your Pen & Cob account and track your order!

Delivery Times

Once your order has been made and has left us, the estimated delivery times from the time of dispatch are:

  • UK Mainland: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (24 Hours)
  • UK Islands: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (48 hours)

UK £75.00+ = Free Royal Mail Express

Northern Ireland £0 - £74.99 = £3.99 Royal Mail

Northern Ireland £75+ = Free Royal Mail

Orders

Can I change my order?

If you need to change any items of your order, please let us know. As long as your order hasn't entered into our made to order system, we should be able to arrange different sizes and colours if stock allows.

Missing item

We try our hardest to make sure each and every order is perfect, but as we're only human mistakes can happen! if anything is missing or wrong with your order please send us an email with your order number and details of what's happened so that we can sort it for you as quickly as possible.

Wrong item received

Cancel order

If your order is already being processed, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. However, please email us as soon as possible, and we will assist you if we can.

When do you restock items?

We restock our base garments based on projected order demand. Our goal is to ensure garments are available for order processing while minimizing stock levels and reducing unnecessary deliveries from suppliers whenever possible. Occasionally, this may result in slight order delays while we replenish stock.
